La storia della nostra Tenuta nasce nel 1941 quando, una nota famiglia milanese, l'ha acquistata; ma è solo da pochi anni che la stessa famiglia ha aperto le porte della loro "casa" al turismo e agli eventi in generale.
Nei suoi 450 ettari è possibile, infatti rilassarsi per una picevole vacanza, oppure praticare varie attività. I suoi casolari, ognuno con una diversa destinazione d'uso, permettono di far convivere in maniera armonica, diverse esigenze.
Gli amanti dell’attività sportiva potranno inerpicarsi in mountain bike per i lunghi i sentieri della tenuta o passeggiare a cavallo, sfidarsi sui tavoli da ping- pong o cimentarsi nel tiro con l’arco o ancora seguire le sedute di risveglio muscolare. Per chi vuole godersi appieno lo spettacolo della natura organizziamo escursioni notturne, bird watching, trekking, nordik walking, oltre a corsi di orienteering e visite guidate della tenuta.
Nel casolare Gemogli, ci sono due sale. La sala situata al piano terra può essere allestita in base alle esigenze del cliente e può accogliere fino a 100 persone. è dotata di videoproiettore schermo, impianto audio e collegamento pc. Ideale per convegni, meeting, riunioni, piccoli eventi o, approfittando del ristorante adiacente, per feste e banchetti.
La sala al piano superiore allestita con parquet è l’ideale per attività ricreative, corsi di Yoga, Pilates, bio-ginnastica. A richiesta del cliente può essere allestita per esigenze specifiche

Our property is a slice of heaven far a few kilometres from Gubbio. This is the ideal place where to discover colours and scents of the land, comforted by our warm and genuine hospitality.The Villa, purchased in 1941 as a summer residence of the owners, is surrounded by a forest of over 450 hectares, in which striking paths lead through natural lakes, green meadows and trees. In the centre of the estate is located the wonderful ninetheen century Villa, designed by the Florentine architect Nello Baroni which overtops the lush English style gardens performed by the famous architect Porcinai.Walking along the paths that branch out in the woods of the property it’s possible to enjoy the truffle hunting, that among these hills find fertile ground; but the culinary surprises that Tenuta di Fassia offer to its guests are many: a rich organic garden produces in any season genuine vegetables that you can buy or taste during the holiday trough the healthy and savory cooking in our Restaurant ’I Germogli’.
The agritourism consists of 11 rooms (5 doubles, 4 triples and 2 quadruples) and 6 apartments. The rooms have been build upon an old stone house, now restored, are furnished in good taste and simplicity. Each one is spacious and has bathroom with bathtub or shower, complimentary set, hair dryer, and a writing table.
From every room it is possible to catch the wonderful panorama view from the lake to the gardens.
The apartments have been obtained from the ancient farmhouses, recently renovated, they have different size and inside each one there’s a kitchen corner, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The entire property can accommodate 30 people in the rooms and 14 in the apartments
